Dialling a customer number is then just a button click away. you can also send Emails from within the app, and because these are routed via the Lynx server, the message will be automatically filed with the customer record
Location map? No problem! The Lynx Mobile app integrates seamlessly with Google maps, making it easy to pull up a detailed map or driving directions with just a couple of clicks.
And creating a photographic record of a site visit is, quite literally, a snap. The build in camera functions let you take a picture and upload it to the Lynx server where it is INSTANTLY AND AUTOMATICALLY filed with the customer's details. Perfect for recording survey or installation details or proving attendance on site.
For sales staff, information can be limited to that sensitive customer information is not available to anyone who does not need it. And since all the data is user and password controlled, you can block access to the system at any time with a couple of mouse-clicks back at base.
